I get it.  I KNOW how many hats you wear – mother, daughter, sister, wife, chef, chauffeur, nurse, bread-winner…

…and I know that it all just intensifies when it comes to the end of year – school break-ups, work parties, Christmas shopping, Christmas cooking, present-buying, cards, organising family……the list is endless!

I also know that the chances of you taking time out for you is very slim.  Isn’t it?Hmmmmmm?

Well this is exactly the time that you need and deserve some self-care the very most!

Come and join me and other like-minded women for a few quiet moments just for you.  Put it all on hold for 90 minutes each week for 4 weeks to relax, rejuvenate and get back to wearing all of those hats….

This unique, online experience is designed to teach you to get your happy on and KEEP it on! Each session will have you feeling completely calm, relaxed and uplifted, and you’ll be given the tools to keep it going into the real world.

As with all of my retreats, my aim is to give you an enjoyable, relaxing and uplifting experience, but it is also to equip you with a few tools to take back into the real world.

I am passionate about educating and empowering women to take control of their own mental and emotional wellbeing to ensure that you KEEP your happy on!

Throughout the course of the retreat, we will explore scientifically proven techniques from the fields of Positive Psychology and Mind Body Wellness to give you the knowledge and the confidence to be ready for anything.

One of the things I love the most about our retreats is the sense of connection, community and sisterhood we all get to experience.  In fact, we soon discover that we are so much more similar than we are different.

This online retreat is no exception.  You will be invited to join a private Facebook group where we can keep the connection going.

This group will be your safe, supportive sanctuary when things get rough.

No doubt it will be the home of a few giggles as well!

This unique online experience will take place over four weekly sessions for 90 minutes each session.  Keep watching for details of the next event coming in 2019.

All you will need is a quiet, private space, internet connection and an open heart and mind.

Each week, we will explore different practices for positive wellbeing as well as practicing a range of relaxation techniques.

You will also be supplied with a recording of each session as well as any other associated resources.


What if I can't make it on the night?
The full session will be recorded and sent to you each week, along with any associated resources.

Will I need any special computer programs?
You might need to download the app ‘Zoom’ if you don’t have it already.   You will also need reliable internet access…which is a bit of an oxymoron in Australia.  I know!

Do I need any other equipment?
Most importantly, you will need a quiet and private space.  A yoga mat or blanket to sit and lie on and whatever other cushions and cuddlies to make you feel comfortable.

Do you have a payment plan?
Yes.  You are welcome to pay in two fortnightly repayments providing payments commence prior to the first session.

When is the retreat being held?
We will meet every Monday night from November 12 to December 3 for approximately 90 minutes.  Starting time is 8pm (Australian Eastern Time – Queensland).  Dates are November 12 and 19, December 3 and 10.  We will miss a week in the middle on November 26 to give you a chance to integrate the first two weeks.  There will still be plenty of action in the Facebook group through that week where I’ll be doing some Facebook Lives and group challenges.

Will I be on camera?
Absolutely not!  Not if you don’t want to anyway.  I know how daunting that can be.  However, it would be really lovely if you feel comfortable enough to show us your gorgeous face at some stage during the retreat.  It really helps with our sense of connection.  We’ve also got our private Facebook group to communicate through.

Will there be any other support?
For sure!  I will be checking in to our private Facebook group every day to give you some support and motivation.  You can also message me at any time with any queries or issues.
